[SOLVED] My Boost Clock is Advertised 1650, but boosting to 1920

I have a Geforce RTX 2060 SUPER. Base clock is 1470, and boost is 1650. When I am playing games, and putting load on the GPU it seems to be overboosting hitting 1920 and sometimes falling down to 1650 and back up. I haven't overclocked the GPU, or anything else. Is this bad for my GPU, and is there a fix? Thanks

Solution
Ignore the advertised boost clocks. They are misleading.
Nvidia's Gpu Boost works based on the gpu's available power and thermal headroom. 1900mhz is easy for these cards to hit, unless you live in a desert or have a case with 0 airflow.
