Question My brand new pc won’t start with hdmi in.

I have a new build I’ve been using for about a month or 2 no problems. Today I turn it on and it hits bios for a second then shuts off. The mobo will flash on and stay on with power on but for some reason it will shut off or when I put in the hdmi cable it will straight power off where the passive led lights will turn on my mobo.

5950 x oc constant at 4.6 or 4.8
Nzxt Kracken water-cooling
4 sticks of Corsair 3600 ram
3090 fe
B 550 f WiFi gaming mobo.
1tb of ssd western
1100w Corsair psu
