My Briefcase option is not available in XP PRO

Adding "My Briefcase" is not available when I right click the desktop and
select "NEW" in XP PRO.

Where is it?

Download and install Tweak UI from http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx, select the Templates section and see if it is checked the 'Briefcase' box.

If the above didn't work, copy and paste this text into Notepad, save as a .reg file and combine it (double-click it):
