My brother messed around on my computer. Windows 8

I still can't access Crunchyroll. I can't even do my homework. YouTube works but everything else doesn't. I use Google chrome and it says "this site can't be reached www.crunchyroll.com took too long to respond". Help! I have an assignment due in 2 days.

Is it just your computer that is having the problem. If not, it could be your WiFi/Internet that could be the problem. Also, setup a login password on your computer if you are worried that your brother will mess with it.
