i wanna play bf4 watch dogs and dying light in ultra settings

I don't know any sites that use that currency, since I'm in the US.
But here are some base line cards that will give you what you want with solid frame-rates:
R9 280x
Radeon HD 7970
GTX 770
GTX 680

Try pricing those out and see what you find. All of them are pretty strong and will give you good 1080p gaming performance.

Edit: I just did a conversion and that is about $560 USD, and out here you can get great performance for that price. Not sure how it is in India, though.
