My budget help

Hello everyone im going to build a pc in a couple of weeks and wanted people opinions on what sort of budget i need. Its going to be purely for aming and internet. I want it to be able to play latest games at good quality and high fraps, but also have the ability to play future titles such as witcher 3,evil within and graphically intense games. Im from the the UK if that helps. Could anyone help with parts to have for the pc as im am slightly out of my depth a little

I'd recommend the Mainstream build or something similar.
