My Build and what can I do to help myself?

So I built up from my pre-built franken computer about a year ago now. Recently had a problem with my mobo, couldn't re-install windows due to hardware failure. After getting it replaced I am back where I was. This last year it is a constant lag and heat issues in windows. I am just throwing this out there. A lot of people say get a better end cooler for starters but I am also seeing that my fx-6100 processor is just crap? Maybe that is why it disappeared so quick after I bought it. Just being online now with 4 tabs open in chrome I can hear my CPU fan a buzzing and it is so annoying. Also visiting devinart online and opening 12 plus tabs causes my temps to really spike and I even get warning message from asus suite about my temps. I also have issues with playing a game of it spiking to over 60 and my asus suite freaking out because it was too high and sometimes even shutting me down. I am idling at 41 degrees C right now. I want to consider liquid cooling, but I move my computer a lot so I am not sure if that would really work for me. And I am looking to buy a GTX 760 to get out from under my old graphics card. I don't want to spend a lot of cash right now, but I want my computer to work for me. I am running my settings on high performance in my ASUS bios if that is making things better or worse. hmmm...
I think, your hardware e.g. mobo, etc. are still ok.
You just have some overheating issues.

The first one you should do is to check if the air flow in the case (including processor fan) is ok.Check if all fans are working and blowing in the correct direction.
If you are not doing OC, the stock cooler should be enough. Check also if the cooler sits properly to the processor.
If you find anything wrong with those above fix it/them first.
Note:
1. fan buzzing sound is a sign that you might need a new cooler/fan. find out if this is coming really from your proc fan or from other fan/s.
2. you do not really need water cooling if you are not OCing. (OCing with stock cooler is not recommended. Setting on high performance on BIOS could lead to OC.)

I would fix the overheating issues first before getting a new GPU.
If the overheating issues are fixed, you can simply get the desired new GPU without anything to worry about. Your PSU is more than enough.

Thanks for your input guanyu210379! I checked and everything seems to be in place. I checked to see which fans was putting out the most RPMS and looked at them and it is my stock cooler that is ramping up. It gets over 3500 RPM's. I messed with the asus suite fan settings a little and put it on turbo mode so it cools better. I did some more reading and it seems that a aftermarket cooler with my motherboard is the way to go. I do agree with you after some thought that maybe liquid cooling is a little overkill. With the tower I have I can't fit a evo 212 in my case. So the second best I found is the Noctua which I attached a link below. Would people agree that this might work best. I am thinking about ordering it today, I have a friend I am going to visit in a week and a half and we are going to play the new watch dogs so I want to make sure I have this fixed by then. The noctua will work fine (better as stock), if it fits in your case.
