My build for Christmas

Here's all the part names - I am just wondering if the AMD CPU is going to be compatible with the motherboard, same goes with the fan on top of the cpu.

My budget is about 450 euro and everything above is 514 euros, I would appreciate help from someone experienced to pick a part out which maybe would be cheaper, I am currently with a very old system, and I am getting all this for Christmas, I never really gotten anything nice and this is my chance..

You can cheap out and save on the ram by going with a 4gb stick or kit and it will not limit you in any way for your budget gaming rig.

The rest of your build looks fine but you could cheap out on the case as well to meat your budget a bit better.
