Question My build or Newegg's build?

I am not from the US, so the prices locally are different.

I can build this one locally: (Mixing locally purchased components and some from Amazon)
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/mv2Y68

This build would cost me ~$1550

Or, I could get this Newegg prebuilt (by their own building service ENIAC), with 3060 Ti instead of 3060:
https://www.newegg.com/global/il-en/abs-ali559/p/N82E16883360189

And they also ship to my country for a total of ~$1550 as well! ( 5-7 days international delivery )

So the GPU is better, and it includes Windows 10 Home. The only thing I want to ask you is about the other components they put there - are they good enough? For example the worse motherboard without VRM heatsinks, or worse RAM although I'm not sure it matters with Intel, or the worst part - unknown PSU!

Or anything else that might make it a deal breaker over my build?

Thanks!

We don't know their parts list either so couldn't say how much quality parts they invest in but Gamer Nexus gave them good marks not to long ago. I also referred my friend to a similar ABS build with instructions to take it to his trusted PC shop (he's 'pc building' illiterate) when it arrived to make sure everything was ok, nothing came loose, etc and he said it was a good build as well.
