I added the things I want on PartPicker but I guess there's a problem about this mobo's bios and the cpu. What does it mean?

Solution
The BIOS is the motherboard's firmware. Firmware is the software that allows the motherboard to communicate with all the hardware on it, i.e RAM, CPU, PCIe slots, etc.

This warning means that this motherboard MAY POSSIBLY come with an outdated BIOS firmware version that does not provide support for the 4790 intel CPU. I emphasize 'may possibly' because since this an older board it may come updated already. If possible confirm with the seller if the BIOS has been updated to support the 4790.

Thank you for your answers, just to get it straight: that means I can update the BIOS myself for it to support i4790 even if it comes outdated?

You should be able to, the details about that are in section 2.1 of the motherboard's user manual. Though if your board does not boot up even with the CPU installed, it's possible the motherboard may require a natively supported CPU, one listed on their supported CPU list.
