My c drive i nearly maxed out

Can I move programs/files to the d drive from the c drive, is that wise to do and how do i do it. Thx.

If the D: Drive is really the MFG's recovery partition, don't do it.
Look in add/remove programs and delete what you never use.
Do a disk cleanup on the drive. There is an additional tab whereby you can delete other files, such as restore points, which also frees up space.
