my c drive is empty ,why

nothing goes into my D drive does it have to be partitioned into the C drive?

Double click your C Drive, you should see all your files. It's not empty, 206gb of 222gb free space.
If you purchased your PC instead of building it your D drive is probably a system restore partition. If it is empty its possible that the system restore data got deleted. If you have CDs/DVDs of all your software then you don't have to worry about the lost data, and the D drive can be used like other drives. If you don't have a Windows install DVD etc., you should try to find some data recovery software.
