My C drive is half full after reset

Hello, guys. I had to reset my old laptop because it was kinda dying with a lot of thrash on the files, but because of that now it says that my 1 TB Hard drive has only 363 Gb free of 917 Gb. Now, this PC doesn't show on the C drive any 554 Gb on use; it doesn't show any partitions or unallocated. So I don't know what is happening.

you should have reformatted the partiotion and then installed the windows again
there must be old windows folder that hare system hidden

Delete the folder 'Windows.old' in the root of the C drive.
It is the old installation of windows.
Normally it is removed after 30days, but it can be deleted early with no problems.
