It has a built in, MultiMediaCard, SD Card, SD Memory Card, SDHC Card, SDHC Memory Card, xD-Picture Card
Will I be able to download to a Windows 7 Laptop?

Probably. At worst, you'll have to take the card out of the camera and use a card reader.

It has a small amount of built in memory (as do most cameras), but there is a SD card slot for a removable card.
