My camera is a cannon eos m50 and I was uploading it to Microsoft photos, and no It did not crash. i imported it by plugging in a usb and turning on the camera which then made me decide which photos or video to upload.Need MUCH more detail.

OK, I have that same application. Only used it a couple of times.Yes It is to my local pc.
It says fhd 23.98 is the movie record size.OK...
14 min 30 sec video (that is the max video length from my Fuji)
3.87GB file size
.mov file type.
Import with MS Photo, to the /Pictures library.
All 14:30 sec imported. Verified in the Photo app and with VLC.
So, it works for me.
What is the file type from your Canon?
How much free space is on your C drive or partition?
Is it the exact same length each time, or does it vary?
so the issue was file is too large?
i think the file may had been corrupted or I accidently had it on rawso the issue was file is too large?
