Hello, my pc cant reset and shutdown only after reset with hand and reboot and chose varyant last know good gonfigurations).

The cause is usually because an application resource is not releasing memory properly during shutdown. Use msconfig to uncheck APPs in the startup Tab which you do not need loaded at startup. Shutdown & see if problem goes away. If it does, add back one item at a time & shutdown, to find the App causing shutdown problem.
