My canon pixma ip3000 printer is only printing in black and yellow

My Canon Pixma iP3000 is also printing in black and yellow only but I can't get a good answer from this site yet. algainor@verizon.net

There are probably blockages in the printhead caused by old, dried ink.
If the printer driver nozzle-cleaning process cannot clear it, try this:

Remove all the cartidges.
Remove the printhead and leave it to soak in hot, soapy water overnight.
Do not use boiling water as this may deform the plastic printhead.
