[SOLVED] My case came with this cable and idk what to do with it

This case I bought off of FB marketplace came with x2 USB "passthrough" cables and to me it looks like your standard male-end USB 3.0. The other end leads to the front io panel

I was told that it serves the same purpose as the 20-pin USB 3.0 connectors that attach directly to your motherboard. Is this true?

I want to know what purpose this “passthrough” cable serves and what your supposed to do with it
