My Case Fan Stops Working After Leaving Computer On.

I use my desktop mostly for gaming and I've been having a problem with my case fan. Whenever I restart or boot up my computer, the fan works perfect but after I leave it on for 20-30 minutes, it turns off and no matter what I do it won't turn on. The only way to stop this is to play a game right when it boots up and it keeps on running. I know it has something to do with conserving energy but I want to know how to keep it running all the time.

if there connected to the mb look in the bios under fan settings. some new mb you can turn the fans off after a set time in the bios under power savings.

When I go into The BIOS, there is no fan settings or anything like that
