Normally a pair of fans would be arranged as a rear exhaust and a front intake. You have those, so what you may want to do is get a much faster fan for the rear exhaust (assuming the one you have is slow). Ten euros ought to get a decent fan; look for something that is 1200-2000 RPM in the largest size that will fit (120mm or 140mm). Corsair, Enermax, and Scythe have decent fans. Put the new fan in the rear. If all is well, great; if it is still too warm, re-install the slow fan that you removed as another exhaust at the top of your case.
A decent front intake and rear exhaust ought to be sufficient to prevent your PC from getting "hot." Is that how your two fans are arranged, and is the PSU drawing its own cool air from beneath your case? What are the rest of your components? Replacing your existing fans with better, higher-speed models may do as much or more for cooling (creating a good flow through your case) than simply throwing on more fans.
