My Chrome Be Messed Up

So when I click on things that are on web pages, such as the play button on netflix or a link to a new thread on forums, a new tab will auto open and it will be an adware side thing that tells me i have won infinite fortunes and almost right after, ill get a pop up saying port scan attack blocked or some other type of thing blocked by my anti virus. I just want to know how to get rid of this as it's a bit of a nuisance.

I got symantic antivirus so those free ones wont do as good.

Don't be so naive. Those 2 free programs will surprise you they are 2 very good scanners.

A lot of malware is not considered a virus, and is not caught.

I've run those programs before and they have never done as good as symantec, so in my experience, symantec is better. I do appreciate the advice though. Thank you.

No program is 100% good. That is why it is important to run multiple scanners on already infected PC. The next step since Malwarebytes/AdwCleaner didn't work and you are limited out free solution then the next step is to wipe out your PC and start over scratch with a new Windows installation.
