My color laser printer will only print black and white from my new com

I cannot print in color but the printer works fine with other networked printers. I have checked every setting I know.

Make sure you have the correct printer driver installed. Also, check the default settings and make sure "grayscale printing" isn't turned on.

Yes your greyscale setting is turn on checked it out, Other Wise you installed the driver is not fully installed.

I tell u First uninstalled your first driver then install the new driver hope so your problem solved.
