[SOLVED] My components are underperforming ?

hi.
my pc is not getting that high fps i should get i play fortnite and other games too on all low setting and i still cant get 240fps constant my fps drops below 100 some times.
I dont overclock and i dont have xmp in my bios. I ve tried ddu didnt help and i have optimized my W10 to perform good in games.

Gpu=RTX 3070 8gb Memory 7000Mhz Core 1725Mz
Cpu=Ryzen 7 3700x 4.10Ghz
Motherboard=Lenovo 3716
Ram=Dual channel 16Gb 3200Mhz
Ssd=Samsung free space 70Gt
Psu=750 Gold + 80

Can you post your Nvidia control panel 3d settings? What setting do you have set for pyhsx selection in the control panel? What is your refresh rate on the monitor?

The 3D Mark results seem up to be on par with the used hardware, how are the temps and clockspeeds ingame?

240hz ips panel g sync supported but i dont use it cause i dont want to

these are my nvidia control panel setting and my physx is on auto select and i know i should put it in gpu but i see no difference if its on gpu

temps are fine but how do i chech my clock speeds in game

You can use a third party software like Afterburner (Rivatuner before) from MSI which works also with non MSI cards, you want to use the overlay option or the monitor menu to log your game session.

So the only settings I would see to change Anisotropic filtering and anti aliasing set to application controlled, refresh rate set to maximum allowed. Try turning off low latency mode, it allows more frames to be drawn in advance. It may help boost your fps.

You said your problem is fps. If you don't try different settings you'll never know what the problem was.

my gpu Speed is at 1725 and and gpu mem speed is at 7000 and gpu temp at 50 and gpuusage about 20

Wow ok that looks totally different than your 3dmark test. Your gpu usage should be around 90-100% not 20. Your memory should be reading 1750 not 7000. Can you use gpuz and post what it shows on the first page? TechPowerUp GPU-Z (v2.45.0) Download | TechPowerUp

My gpu is at 20% because i use performance mode and that uses more cpu i think and if it wouldnt it still would be around 30 cause i have all low settings.
And what memory that is does that mean like my c drive memory read speed.
And my last treath was just a photo so those numbers are changing every second

Nvidia cards have a stock GPU clock speed, the 3700 is 1500MHz. When gaming it is ratted to boost up to 1750MHz, but as long as temps, power, and power limit are available it will boost well above the 1750MHz.

Take my 2080 ti for example base speed is 1350MHz, boost speed 1545Mhz. but if temps, power, and power limit are all ok it his 2145Mhz with average speeds of 2087Mhz.
