Question My computer awake by itself, shortly after hibernating it

I don't know where to post this thread, so I'll post it here:
Look at this video.
I try several times to hibernate my computer, but after the computer turns off, it turns back on and awakes from itself.
Why this problem happening?

Is there any device (PCIE cards, USB drives...) that you didn't allow the computer to turn it off to save power?

Basically you can go to :

Advanced system settings => Hardware => Device manager

A list of devices will appear.

You can see the details if each device, somes have Power Management tab where you can check / uncheck a box.

The keyboard had the option to allow it to awake the computer turning on enabled. I unchecked it, and hibernated my computer, but it still awaking several seconds later.
Mouse hadn't this option enabled.

A test.

Turn off your modem/router.

Hibernate the pc.

The router shouldn't related to this problem, as the internet connection isn't in use when hibernating or entering sleep the computer.

It cant be that.

You'll find that thought will bite you in the butt.

It does not take much effort to test that area.

Not too sure but try disabling Allow wake timers in control panel - >power options and check again.

Update: The problem solved by itself, after upgrading Windows 10 version 21H2 to 22H2.
