my computer bsod everytime windows update finish installing 1909 and says system service expectation HELP ME PLZ and it also crash when i open Create Windows 10 installation media tool if it finalize the update it bsods

no matter how i update it it crashes

get a new usb flash drive. download latest windows 10 iso, do a in place upgrade

do you have a hdd? get a ssd
