My computer build! Is this good? what can be improved?

I'm looking to purchase parts for a new gaming PC. Obviously looking to max settings out playing at 1920x1080p with solid fps. I have more money this time around and im looking for a pretty awesome rig with quality parts. this is what ive came up with.

My next concern would be casing and fans. How would I come about for purchasing fans? how many do i need, etc? Please let me know what you guys think and any advice you have for me, this is the first time I will be building a pc.

if you will play only at 1080p this build is a bit overkill.
you could get a i5 6600k and a gtx 970 and everything will run good at 1080p.

also, you could wait until june, when nvidia will release the next gen GPUs and (proprably) the current gen you have a price drop.

About the fans: you need at least one for air intake and at least one for exaust. the number depends on the case.
