Hello everyone! These are the components I am looking for, I do not want them to cost to much, if you have ANY improvments on this build for around this price.
This build is around $700-800 and it is sufficient enough against the shitty computer I have that I bought from the store.

Zalman ZM-T2 or Corsair Carbide Series 200R
ASUS GeForce GTX650 Ti 1GB or ASUS Radeon HD7790 1GB OC or ASUS GeForce GTX650 Ti 2GB Boost
Crucial Ballistix Sport 2GB 1600MHz (x4)
MSI Z77A-G41, Socket-1155 or Gigabyte GA-Z77M-D3H
Chieftec Smart 700 W or CoolerMaster Thunder 600 W
Intel Core i3-3225
Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE

Please come with advices and what I could improve for the same price and what I should add, thanks alot!

Solution
Get this build for the similar price which is way better than the build you selected. This build kills the build you were going for. There are quite a low of flaws in your build, so i would suggest you to go for this build which is much much much much (say that ten times again) better and also much more future proof than the old LGA 1150 socket for similar price. Just blindly go for this build, it is the best for the price :

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: Intel Core i5-4570 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($159.99 @ Microcenter)
Motherboard: Asus H87-PLUS ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($114.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Patriot Signature 8GB (2 x...
The GTX650Ti Boost is the strongest of those graphics cards.
"Thunder" in the name of a CM PSU is ominous; based on competent technical reviews of the brand, I wouldn't trust that one any farther than Half a Kitty (my 6lb. girl-kitty) could throw it. I'm not very familiar with Chieftec, but I believe they are mixed. In the absence of a competent technical review, I'd skip it. The PSU is not the place to go cheap. If you're looking for inexpensive, that rig would run reliably on a 380W Antec Earthwatts.

So you think I should up my PSU, use the GTX650TI Boost and not use Chieftec? Alright, really good feedback, thanks, anything else you want to tell me? Should I switch something? If I should please tell me!

Is it safe to buy from an online store, I mean can't the computer get damaged on the way here or will it work just fine? And what happens if i get trouble with it? I'd rather buy the stuff from a physical store because I feel more comfortable with it. But the price is much more if I would buy it from a physical store..

Newegg only ships to the USA (and they have a Canadian store too).
Certainly, components can be damaged in shipping, but it isn't too common, else shipping companies would not have the phenomenal volume of business that they do. You will need to post where you are located, which will likely allow members familiar with that area to suggest reliable suppliers.

I kind of like this build, but I think that instead of the GTX760 I want the GTX650TI 2GB Boost and since I already have the identical HDD drive but external, I will just make it internal and go with that even lowering the price a bit, what do you think about that? And maybe add $20 and buy a Intel Core i5-4570 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor.

Ok, so I just updated it and know I'm wondering how I do the other parts, I could use some help from people living around my area to help me find good places and sites!
