Solution

Well, if this windows install fixes the issue, then we know it's a software issue, and then we can just do a clean install onto your SSD as well, then boot to SSD, wipe this HDD of windows partitions, and it should fix the issue.

If this does not fix the issue, then it's an issue with one of your components.

yes my os is installed in my ssd.

mobo gigabyte gaming 7

cpu i7 6700k

gpu msi gtx 970

hdd: wb blue 1tb drive

sdd: samsung 960 evo 500 gb

psu cx750m crosair

crosair h50 or somthing. cpu cooler.

First thing I would do, if you're able to, is back up and important files on your PC, JIC.

yes it happened to me before i bought the ssd same issue start to happen again.

Try to reseat the RAM, take it out, if there's a lot of dust, clean with can of compressed air.

If that doesn't work, check your CPU and GPU temperatures and make sure they're staying under 70c

And if that's not the issue:

Do you have the windows CD or a Bootable USB? I want you to try a fresh install of windows.

yes i have installed my windows. I checked my tempatures on hardwaremonitor and they are all fine. most of them are under 50 c. i looked at the ram too. but i didnt see any dust in it too.

ok that would take a while for me to do. what i do if its a software issue what i do?

You're welcome! After messing around with reinstalling windows (a pain, I know) make a new thread tomorrow about this and let us know if it's not a software issue.
