My computer completely shut off randomly and I turn it back on and the graphics card is going nuts on the fans and there isn't

I was playing a game last night and the computer shut off randomly by itself and it wouldn't turn back on for a while then I turned it on about a half hour later, then it turned on and the graphics card fans were going as fast as they could and there isn't a display

How do you know the fans go full speed on the graphics card and not in the case? When you start computer, fans go fast while in BIOS because they set to what ever settings you have in BIOS. When Windows loads, it takes over control to how ever it set to manage it. Did you check the temperatures? It may be overheating...

Sound similar to mine. I have a 760 superclocked and amd fx6300. Maybe the 20 pin power connector was loose?
