My Computer, Control Panel, My documents - Slow Opening

hi any body there
after some time of opening of "my computer "when again i click on my computer it is going on searching and it is not opening and the icons look white but working.

Amount of RAM? What OS? Laptop? Desktop? Home build or pre-build?

Basically need more info about your system.
