My Computer Crashes

Whenever I run more demanding games my computer will completely shut off and even the power supply light will turn off, I have to turn it off by the plug and back on to even power my computer back on.

Yeh sorry for that I was checking it from work and the firewall there blocks all images. Whats your psu?
