My computer started to crash randomly a few months ago, but it was rare, but now it's more and more frequent, it crashes like it's stuck with a sound of "rrrrrrrrr". The computer rarely crashes while gaming, it's more frequent when browsing the internet.
Please help me find out what the problem can be.

Specs:
Motherboard: Asrock b85m pro3
CPU: Intel i5 4460
Memory: 8GB dual channel (I don't remember what type)
PSU: 500W (Don't remember what kind)
GPU: Gigabyte 1060 6GB edition
Storage: 1 TB hdd

I have already tried:
-reflashing bios
-disabling c-states
-reinstalling windows
-checking temps (they don't go over 65°C)
-memcheck
-stresstesting
-reseating memory

You will need to get back to us with the make and model of your PSU as well as it's age. Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard? Which OS are you on? If Windows 10, did you recreate your bootable installer before reinstalling OS to rule out a corrupt installer? You will also need to pass on the make and model of your ram.

How many passes of memtest86 did you get through?

- 4 passes of memtest86
- running windows 10 and recreated the installer on a flashdrive
- the PSU is 1,5 years old (my entire computer is)
- Today the problem became so bad, I can't really run any programs, because it crashes
- I updated to 1.40, but there is 1.50 (beta)
- Xilence 500W Redwing R7C XP500R7/XN052 (PSU)
- Crucial 4GB DDR3L 1600MHZ Value CT51264BD160BJ (RAM)

- Now it freezes for a few seconds, and buzzes, mostly it comes back, but sometimes it just doesn't

I checked my voltages in Hw info, and the psu voltages are very suspicious:
