my computer create shorcuts of my files in the disc on key

hi fellas i have a severe issue my computer create shortcuts of my files in the disc on key , for example yesterday i was in the universty and i work about some reasrch and i put it in a folder i went home and plug in the disc on key and the folder become a shortcut and when i double click on the shortcut it opens me a folder and their is the item but it works only in my computer and in other computer it is like nothing in there please help mee !!
