My computer does not recognize me as the administrator how do i fix on my window

when icheck status of my computer, it says it doesnt regonize me as the administrator. i called my internet provider & they stated that i am still connected to their services& everything looked good from their end. a few days ago , i had to do a complete backup & restore 2 bring my pc back 2. wan its original condiyion when i bought it, because i used a pc cleaner, because pc was slow & video would freeze& alot of other issues were happening.
