Soi recently bought new parts for my computer (Gigabyte GA-Z97M-D3H+intel i7 4790k) and when i completed the build it wont start dose it have to do anything with the motherboard or the psu. I have 650W bronze and a gtx 770 before ut worked perfectly fine. Any advice what i should do/buy?

Possibly the case connectors to the front panel are not connected correctly or maybe you have the positive in the negative or vice versa. Use this picture to help you out. It is from your motherboards manual.

Check and make sure you have the connectors connected properly. If you look at the case connectors for the f_panel, they might have a triangle on one part indicating the positive.

I have a fractal design and i think evrythings in the right place but we askes a computer builder to have a check on it 2morrow but do you know if my watts is too low or something??

What i mean with "wont start" is that nothing works not the lights not the fan, nothing

No i mean that when i press on power on nothing happens no lights no fans its like its not plugged in
