my computer fails to boot

i have a recent problem with my pc ,its working fine untill today when i start it my computer gives me four beeps then the power green light stops. i swaped rams chacked ram slotes they are okey
when i connect my graphics to my computer its working but when i connect the pci-E cable from my psu my comter gives me four beeps and fails to boot what sould i do

intel i3 processor
amd R7770 1gb ddr5 card
western digital hdd

4 beeps is timer failure which means there is a hardware fault somewhere. With what you have listed its either the GPU (graphics card) is faulty or the PCI-e lane its sat in is faulty. Try removing the card and blowing out the PCI-e lane and also visually inspect both the board and card for damage. Use a antistatic lint free cloth and CAREFULLY wipe the pins on the bottom of the card also

Could you be more specific about what the beeps are like?

The beeps are a code and if you can describe if they are long and short we can determine the problem.

Can you computer run of the i3 intergrated graphics? Have you tried to start your computer up without the Graphics Card connected?
