Question My computer freezes and has some weird lines on the screen

Hi, this is what happens to my pc after a few minutes after the pc start-up. I don't know what's the problem, but the system is following:

i5 3470
Integrated Graphics
8 Ram

I don't have a GPU installed, the wire is connected straight to the mobo. I also noticed that my lan ports stopped working with this issue. Maybe I should get a new motherboard? Or just go ahead and buy a new pc...

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list them like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:

As for your PSU, please pass the age of the unit apart from it's make and model. If you're on Windows 10, please state the version(not edition) of the OS. In Device Manager, listed under display drivers, do you see any errors flagged up? BIOS version for your motherboard?

It's probable that the motherboard, the CPU or the rams might be at fault here.
