Mobo: MSI X570 meg ace
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600x
Ram: trident z (2x8) neo 3600mghz
GPU: MSI RTX 2060 super gp oc

What would happen is windows event viewer will show a warning which is Event 8233, Security-SPP and then followed by Event 86, CertificateServicesClient-CertEnroll

My windows is at Windows 11 Pro (22H2)

event id 8233 is from network/key management, hard to say if you dont provide more info

even id 86 is from amd chipset drivers tryin to talk with microsoft servers, but microsoft changed web adress, so it fails, to fix this, update your chipset drivers as they should have updated web adress

Update:

I installed the latest chipset drivers from msi's official site and pc still keeps crashing from the same event error. I have checked my rams both properly works, I /sfc scanned and repair all. All drivers are updated except my BIOS as I don't have any flash drive and to add on that I don't know how to.

the latest event 86 showed this:
SCEP Certificate enrollment initialization for Local system via https://AMD-KeyId-907d65e9b562315997dd5ad086b2b7598957b92c.microsoftaik.azure.net/templates/Aik/scep failed:

open web browser and tell me what you can see when you open this url?
https://AMD-KeyId-907d65e9b562315997dd5ad086b2b7598957b92c.microsoftaik.azure.net
as far as i can tell its misconfigured attestation server url

you can disable TPM in bios and error will go away, if you want to have enabled TPM without this page not found error, then you will need to sweettalk AMD to fix url
