My Computer freezes even without an os installed

I built my pc and had for more than the month. Ever since then I have experienced freezes now and then. But as of recently it has gotten worse to the point where i had to format my drives (one ssd and one external) now ever since i uninstalled it has gotten worse Ive tried turning it on but it just keeps freezing and not responding after it hangs. EVEN WHEN I LOAD INTO THE BIOS IT FREEZES. IT WAS SO BAD THAT WHEN I TRIED TO UNINSTALL WINDOWS IT WOULDNT LET ME BECAUSE IT FROZE ALL OF THE TIME.
Specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600x (stock cooler)
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-2400 16 GB (8x2)
Asus GTX 1060 6GB
EVGA 500B
GigaByte GA B450M DS3H

Btw, I know you're probably thinking it is the CPU that is overheating is what's causing the problem...its not. In the BIOS it said my CPU temp was 32°C as far as I know that's fine

You need to run MEMTEST86 to see if your memory is the problem. It does not require an OS to be installed to run.

Can you try removing GPU and then trying its likely that its not a GPU related problem but just in case

Thanks for replying, every time I run MEMTEST it crashes on me eventually.

Thanks for replying, for some reason I can't view my display without my graphics card. Also, I've never crashed in a game before which makes me think that it has nothing to do with the GPU.
