MY computer freezes randomly

Hello,
My computer randomly freezes at some points through out the day (not idle). I have used CCleaner to repair my registry and have also updates my drivers but nothing seems to work. Anyone got any ideas of why this is happening?

What is "randomly freezing" supposed to mean? Give more info.

It's probably excessive use like PC games or watching movies, anything that is using much of the video card ram. You need to shut down every so often to allow the GPU to cool down perhaps every 4 hours or so.

Sometimes it could be an efficient PSU not providing adequate power during time of excessive use (like games or movies) and there is not enough power for all hardware. Your PSU should be at least 600 watts for Vista PC.
