I have been playing Grim fandango/Lego Marvel and my game just happens to freeze up completely (The caps lock light doesn't even work on my keyboard) and I end up have to do a hard restart.

On the event viewer I see a critical error Kernel-Power. I am able to do everything else just fine its mostly with games. I have a lot of fans so I'm not sure it's a cooling issue but it might be I am not sure. My room does get pretty hot. I was also thinking it may be a power issue. I just recently upgraded my CPU and MOBO. I also did a clean install when I upgraded.

I would love some help I am at a frustrated loss because I always seem to have issues with computers. 🙁 Please don't let me lose hope in technology.

This is what i got when I ran whocrashed. I'm not able to run the other one because my system crashes. Which is probably not good. I did do this after my computer went on a crashing fit after Star Wars Battlefront game. The game has been run perfectly even when using Fraps at the same time this is the first time it has crashed. It did crash again after Grim Fandango.

did you have bios 1708 for the cpu also check the note on high tdp for temp limitations on asus link it require special thermal also since motherboard have multiple gpu slot i would try each of them and use only 1 ram module to test and the ssd os drive plug in .

I'm not sure how to check the bios part and is asus link a download? I can do the moving around the gpu but i'm not sure how to test it. Sorry but I am super thankful for all the help!
