My computer gets much slower download speeds compared to my other devices on the same network

My computer, an Alienware Alpha, gets much slower download speeds than all my other devices on the same network. When I test both my phone and computer on speedtest.net, my phone gets a solid 30 mbps while my computer gets about 11 mbps. I just got this computer about 3 weeks ago, and at first had problems with my internet dropping completely from my computer and having to restart it to fix it, and I fixed this issue by changing the preferred DNS server. Now I am having problems with my internet being so slow that it won't load things fast enough to play games. I really need to know if I can fix this problem without dealing with the dreaded Dell customer service and having to have my computer replaced or something else. I'm not exactly sure the specs you need to troubleshoot this issue, so I'm just going to give what I think for now and can give more later.

CPU: Intel i7-4765T @ 2.00 GHz
OS: Windows 10 (64-Bit)
Memory: 8 GB
Hard Drive: Seagate 2 TB
Wifi: Intel Dual-Band Wireless-AC 7265
Router: ARRIS (not sure exactly what router it is)

Thanks for your help, it is very appreciated :)

Solution
Is the Alienware Alpha connected to the Internet wirelessly through Intel Dual-Band AC7265? Try to download the latest driver:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25276/Intel-PROSet-Wireless-Software-for-Windows-8-1-

This is for windows 8.1 but should also work on Windows 10. The dedicated version for Windows 10 may be released by Intel later.

Thanks so much! This seems to have done the trick. I tried to download a driver update before but I guess I may have gotten the wrong one or something.

It's awesome that updating the driver solves the problem! Intel has really great driver teams that always release excellent drivers or release drivers to fix known/reported issues. That's why some companies/users stick to Intel products.
