Question my computer goes off with Q-code 00

hello guys , i need some help

my computer specification :
cpu -2990wx
motherboard - x399 meg creation
ram - ripjaw 3200mhz (64 gb )
psu - rm1000x
case - corsair 1000D
cooling - water cooling
hard drive - 6tb and 8 tb wd purple
ssd - 970 evo
gpu - 2080ti

whenever i do something heavy like rendering ,my computer goes off after 2 -15 minutes with Q-code 00 and then it take some time to boot up again .
Cpu temperature under heavy load with Overclock to 3.7ghz goes aroung 55C . this happen in both linux and windows so its not OS . i even tried with one ram dimm but problem is still there .
sometime this happens too quickly like under in 2 minutes and sometime like after 15 min . i'm facing this problem after i did some modification to my workstation, previously I had H500p case and noctua air cooler.
when i lowered my ram frequency from 3200 to 1600 mhz its was bit more stable I was able to render for 20 -25 minutes.
if you guys need any more information to evaluate this issue please let me know .

I updated my bios and problem is still there .

Download hwinfo64 and check temps, to ensure your cpu is not overheating.
if everything is good i would rma the board or contact asus support since that should not happen.
