My computer got random turn off

So it's a 1 year pc. The problem start like 5 months ago. Not everytime i got the random turn off, sometimes i can play games like 3- hours and nothing happen. But sometimes it turn off like an hour of gaming. everytime When i turn on my pc just before get to login screen windows my pc nearly turn off like there is not much power. The led and all the fan case and all the system (maybe) nearly stop like 1 sec and then keep going. And when my computer suddenly turn off it cant be turn on for like an hour

Mobo : asus m5a97 evo r2.0
Processor : amd fx-4350
Gpu : galax gtx 1070 ex
Ram : corsair vengeance 2x4gb
Psu : seasonic g-650
Cpu cooler : coolermaster nepton 240m

Try monitoring you CPU temps, you can use HWMONITOR http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html if your temps are getting to high that might be causing the shutdowns. If the temps are normal I´ll move to the PSU.

My temperature never go above 50c mate. So the psu is the problem?

You have any OC on your CPU or GPU??

No sir all just factory stock setting

We are running out of options, it seems to be the PSU, is hard to be 100% sure cause after 1h it start ageing and you can be playing hours with no problem.
