Specs:
Ryzen 7 2700X
Asus Arrez Strix Vega 64
Kingston HyperX furry 16GB DDR4-3000
Kingston 240 GB SSD
Seagate 2000TB HDD
Thermaltake Tough power 850watt 80+Gold

Debugging Measures

RMAS:
GPU
CPU
MOBO
PSU
RAM
(I have run Sea tools Long Generic on both drives and they worked fine.)
Also reinstalled windows using usb drive many times.

Also I have taken off the overclock on the gpu resetting it to vega 64 defaults. Computer seems to run better without HDD in system at all than with. Also, pc breezes through TimeSpy without problems unless overclock applied when I get an unresponsive balck screen(atleast before I updated drivers from .6. to .7.).

Kernel power system failure. Also the SSD passed the Seatools test as well. Also, I just ran timespy with overclock restored and it flickered and then froze on a black screen so yeah....promising.
