My computer has random FPS Drops in Game and im having trouble understanding why?

I Play a wide amount of games but ill list 2 that i have experience the random fps drops in game with their specs -
So first

Fortnite - Minimum Specs (Because i tested both games on the lowest settings except changing the resolution)
CPU: Core i3 2.4 Ghz
CPU SPEED: Info
RAM: 4 GB
OS: Windows 7/8/10 64-bit
VIDEO CARD: Intel HD 4000

And then i tried Ironsight (Minimum Specs)
Processor: Intel® Core™2 Duo E7500
Memory: 2 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce 9600 GT
DirectX: Version 9.0c
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Storage: 8 GB available space

Btw, Ironsight is early alpha so maybe this is due to bad optimization.

My pc specs
AMD FX8350 (Not OC)
8GB Hyper X Ram
MSI Radeon RX470 4GB Gaming Edition
All updated drivers

If there is any reason as to why is might be please let me know

Anything the FPS drop isnt all the time - Ill be over 100fps until a random point in the game it will just drop to 30-40FPS

first two are not sutable for gaming.
the last one is decent if you overclock the RAM to over 2000MHz and CPU NB to 2600MHz.
