mycomputer wid 7 has turned my graphic card nvida ge force 8500 gt with err code 43 off anybody tell me whats wrong

Re-install the nvidia drivers. It's most likely fine. My work PC did that recently after an update (it has multiple video cards in it), and one of them did that, since Windows chose to only update the driver for the one.
