My computer is completely messed up.

The errors suggest that something has tampered with your files. Chkdsk usually checks your HDD for errors and bad sectors and repairs so I doubt chkdsk causes all those errors.

To address your first error, I'm assuming Asus has some sort of software using this file,
AT YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK, please go to task scheduler and look for a task "i..." and check active tasks for asus tasks and remove them then reboot your system.

To address your second error, apparently from the error, Windows...
did you check to see that all the cables are secured to what they are supposed to be hooked to........ don't just look, physically push the wires on. even if slightly ajar the loose data cables will cause these kinds of problems.

when is the last time you did a scan disc and repair?

To address your second error, apparently from the error, Windows update is trying to reach a file that is not available anymore so when you want to use Windows update just uncheck this update from the list of updates.

Let me know how this works out to further help you,
