Hi i bought a custom made pc that had windows 8 on it that kept crashing while surfing the web mostly, it would show a colored screen (usually blue) and the sound would lag. Then i would have to reset it or it would do it by itself and then say windows has encountered and error... I've taken it three times back and yet nothing.. i even formatted it and put windows 7 on it. Now after it happens(mostly while gaming) it restarts and shows this message: WIndows has recovered from an unexpected shutdown
Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1
Locale ID: 1032

Additional information about the problem:

If you pass MEMTEST
If you pass FURMARK
the only thing left is the HDD - MHDD test - hirens boot cd
and PSU - try test with other one
Then it`s WIndows - clean install must fix the problem
Also disconnect all devices connected to the PC - HD TV , Playing Consoles etc. ......
