Question My computer is freezing

Hello. so my computer freezes when I start it up sometimes. but most times I get into it and then it seems that there is no problem. but when I open a game then it freezes again.
can anyone give me some tips on how to fix this?

My specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 1400
8 GB Ram
ASUS Prime X370-pro
Geforce RTX 2060
Corsair 550 W

it freezes on startup, desktop and windows.

Do you have fast boot enabled? IF so disable it and restart see if that helps.
